The basics
This website is for race directors who want to get their entrants to register and pay for their events online. You get a race page where you can provide all the important details of your race and a simple registration process for the entrants to add their essential details and pay you with funds going into your event bank account.

What is the cost of using the website?
We charge a fee for each entry you take, you can choose to pass on the fee to the entrant or absorb it into your entry price. The fee is set at 4% of your entry price plus 20 pence OR 60 pence whichever is greater. We take the fee at the point that the entrant pays so you wont get any invoices from us. If you choose to absorb the fee then the amount you receive in your bank account for each entry will be your entry price minus our fee.

Getting started
Click the “Set Up My Race” button on the homepage. If you’re not already logged in you’ll be asked to log in. You can log in by connecting your Facebook or Strava accounts or with your username and password. If you’re new then you’ll need to register first.

Adding race information
Once logged in you’ll be presented with a page where you can enter the key information for your event including name, date, start time, location and full details. Fill it in as best you can, you can always come back and edit it later. Click the Next button to move on, don’t worry your event wont be publicly visible yet.

Entry options
This is where you set your prices. Each race will have at least one entry option, so initially you’ll be presented with a form to fill in details for Option 1. The form will be partially filled with default values, feel free to change them as you see fit. If you need more than one option there’s a button to add more. When you’re done click Save.

Online payments with Stripe
If this is your first race then you’ll be asked to connect your Stripe account. Stripe is the payment gateway we use to collect payments, until you’ve connected your Stripe account to your Online Race Entry account we wont be able to take any entries. Don’t worry if you don’t already have a Stripe account, you’ll have the chance to create one too.
